Edelweiss Coffee is proud to serve CrimsonCup Coffee and Tea products. CrimsonCup only buys, roasts, and packages Class 1 Specialty Grade coffee beans. These beans represent the top 5% of harvested coffee. Compare their whole bean coffee to leading brands and look for these key differences: broken beans, inconsistent shape and size, smaller bean size. Beans with these flaws represent a lower grade and less flavorful coffee. CrimsonCup's signature espresso blend, Armando's Blend, is a compilation of coffees from Central America, Indonesia, and Africa. The beans are blended and roasted to a medium roast. The taste is smooth and slightly sweet with a nutty undertone.
